 The
Tom Burnett Golf Academy, located at the Oak
Bridge Country Club, was established with the mission to grow
the game of golf through a three dimensional approach to teaching,
while working to be recognized as the Number One provider of quality
golf instruction in the country for all levels of players. Focusing
on the technical, physical and mental aspects of a player’s
game assures the student that no aspect of their game will go unchecked
by an instructor.
Beginners to the game are introduced to the fundamentals and basic
skills necessary to immediately start playing and enjoying the experience.
Mid-handicappers are placed on a more accelerated learning track
where advanced swing theories are reviewed and practiced with cutting
strokes being the ultimate goal. Low-handicappers can expect a more
detailed, technical approach to the game where sophisticated concepts
are fully explored.
The Academy recognizes that different students learn in different
ways. Therefore, each program is designed to cater to individual
learning styles. We offer a wide variety of programs our most popular
are the 3 Day School and the Short Game School.
Our certified
instructors use the most advanced computer and video analysis equipment
with each student to develop the proper mechanics of the golf swing.
Students gain an understanding of the full swing & various short
game techniques while working on these skills via swing drills,
gaming and contests.

Golf Academy welcomes all those with an interest in further developing
